HIV DRUG RESISTANCE EPIDEMIC MODELING

My work is focused on building a stochastic, agent-based modeling to predict HIV outcomes including drug resistance, within-host and between-host dynamics. In addition, this work focuses on integrating pharmacogenomic data, virology, and pharmacologic (drug) data into the existing agent-based modeling.
